How it works
From a messy to-do list to a plan that fits your energy
Six things, not a hundred settings
Everything scored. Nothing judged.
Six ways Praiseach plans around your day — none of them count how many tasks you closed.

Plans around your energyDemanding work lands in the hours you're actually sharp — not just the hours that happen to be free.

This is a profile on this device — it keeps your plan separate from anyone else using this browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, and everything stays on this device.
No passwords. We email you a link, or you sign in with Apple or Google. Your plan syncs to your other devices and you can delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings at any time.
Describe your day and it becomes tasks with durations and difficulty. Nothing to set up.
Import a timetable or handbook
A PDF or a photo of your timetable, module handbook or course outline. It reads the fixed sessions, the recurring work and the deadlines, then shows you everything before saving — nothing is imported until you say so.
Import a calendar
Import a calendar export (.ics from Google / Apple / Outlook) or a simple .csv. Events become tasks with their date, start time and duration.
Your optimized day
Reminders
Nothing is sent after your wind-down time, or on days you don't work.
Your work hours
Turn on the days you work and set each day's hours — they can differ day to day. Days left off won't be scheduled or break your streak.
Need to change one day only? Open that day on the Schedule tab and tap “Edit day”.
Your energy pattern
Your focus curve is anchored to when you wake, so your hardest tasks land in your peak-focus hours.
Fixed commitments
Recurring events the schedule must work around — classes, standing meetings, gym, commute. These are blocked out as hard time.
Your goals
Recurring things the week should make room for. The scheduler spaces these across your days and protects them by your priorities below.
Your modules
A module is an outcome with work grouped under it — a university course, or a project at work. Import one, or give an outcome a colour below to turn it into one.
Your outcomes
The bigger things you're working toward over months — a dissertation, a qualification, a launch. Give each a target date, link tasks to it, and set how far along you are. These drive the Month and Year views.
Your categories
The parts of your life this app is balancing, and how many hours a week you want each to get. Six at most — beyond that two would have to share a colour, and the chart stops meaning anything.
Your priorities
When it won't all fit, what wins? These weights tune how the scheduler trades things off.

Your profile
Correct any of these directly and the app trusts your number completely — it won't quietly drift for two weeks.

Step 1 of 7
Do you work set hours?
We'll plan your tasks inside the hours you work. If your time is open, we'll just plan around your day instead.
Which days, and when?
Turn on the days you work and set each day's hours — they can differ day to day. Days left off won't break your streak. You can override any single day later.
When do you wake up?
On a day with no alarm. Your energy peaks a few hours after waking — we anchor your whole focus curve to this instead of guessing "morning" or "night" person.
How does your focus run?
Focus comes in waves (~90-min cycles), and demanding work only holds up for a few hours a day. We use this to time breaks and reserve your peaks for real deep work.
How do you like your breaks?
We'll space these into your day so you don't burn out.
What are you working toward?
Recurring things the week should make room for — exercise, study, reading. We'll space them across your days. Optional, and you can add more later.
What matters most?
When it won't all fit, what should win? These tune how the scheduler makes trade-offs.
Where does the rest of your day go?
Rough numbers are fine — we'll refine them from how you actually use the app.
If two of these got better, your life would noticeably improve. Which two?
Pick exactly two. This is what the app quietly reorganises itself around.
What's the one thing you keep meaning to do and never get to?
Optional — this just gives the assistant something real to start from.
Here's where your day actually goes.

Compare with a few people
What gets compared is adherence — the share of your own plan you followed. Never tasks finished, and never hours worked. Someone with four classes and someone with a full-time job cannot be ranked on output, and trying tells one of them their life is worse.
Two to five people you chose, by invite code. No global leaderboard, no discovery, nobody added without asking. It lives on the Progress screen and never on Home.
The list is alphabetical, not ranked, and what it reports is the group average — a thing you hit together rather than a thing one of you wins.
Your own numbers stay on the Progress screen whether this is on or off. Turning it on shares one figure — your adherence — with the people in your group, and nothing else.
This week
The app reads this number next week and tells you whether the change moved it.
